Our Registered Dietitian, Haley, provides encouragement, accountability, and easy-to-understand nutrition education. Through utilizing Intuitive Eating principles and aligning with Health At Every Size, Haley is here to help, regardless of your past or current self. She will sit alongside you [virtually] in answering your questions or giving pep talks, and together we can nourish you to flourish!
What We Provide
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Work with a dietitian to provide you with Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). MNT involves an in-depth nutrition assessment, as well as nutrition based therapy and counseling services. Through collaboration with your healthcare team, we help to develop a nutrition plan that is sustainable and best for you!
*Haley can provide MNT to people living in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, & Virginia
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching is not the same as MNT/nutrition counseling. Coaching provides general nutrition education and support for an individual’s identified needs, and does not manage any disease states with specific nutrition interventions. As this service is not limited to RD licensure in individual states, any person worldwide can receive nutrition coaching.
It is important to note that nutrition coaching is not regulated by a federal or state licensing board, thus, anyone could call themselves a ‘nutrition coach,' ‘nutritionist,’ ‘health coach,’ etc. At Beloved, we take pride in that our nutrition coaching is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian. This ensures you are receiving the most competent and ethical care available.
Beloved is not in network with any insurance companies, thus appointments are self-pay. However, we are able to accept HSA or FSA as payment, and can also provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Nutrition appointments vary in cost between $100-$150 per hour depending on coordination of care needs outside of appointment times. Please note that we have sliding scale options available and will work with you to make our services as accessible as possible.
